Every VENA infusion is administered by a registered nurse with IV therapy experience. We do not use unqualified technicians or aestheticians. Your nurse is fully insured and regulated by the NMC.

Most infusions take 45–60 minutes. NAD+ treatments may take 90–120 minutes depending on dosage. Your nurse will advise at the time of booking.

IV therapy administered by qualified nurses is considered safe for healthy adults. Minor bruising or discomfort at the cannula site can occur. Your nurse monitors you throughout the infusion. A full medical intake is completed before every treatment. We do not treat patients with certain contraindications — your safety is our priority.

New clients must complete a short medical intake and consent form before their first treatment. This takes under three minutes and can be completed online. Returning clients only need to update their record if their medical history has changed.

Absolutely. VENA operates under a strict confidentiality policy. Your personal and medical information is held securely in compliance with UK GDPR and never shared with third parties. Discretion is fundamental to how we operate.

We cover all central London postcodes including Mayfair, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Belgravia, Marylebone, Notting Hill, Soho, Canary Wharf and more. We are happy to discuss arrangements for outer London or hotel visits anywhere in the city.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and Apple/Google Pay. Payment is taken securely at the time of booking confirmation. We do not accept cash.
